  • What is thought?
    • Thoughts are neither good nor bad
    • YOU are not your thoughts
    • Real Life vs Make Believe

  • Your conscious and unconscious mind
    • Neuroscience says that 5% of our cognitive activities (decisions, emotions, actions, behavior) are conscious whereas the remaining 95% is generated in a non-conscious manner. 
  • My explanation
    • Early generational programming 
    • We are all living in a world based on programming from childhood
    • We can change! 
  • Thoughts create emotion
  • What is an emotion?
  • Using emotions as arrow signs
    • When you realize that emotions are neither good nor bad you can use them as a tool
    • Ask yourself questions
  • FEEL your FEELINGS! 
    • I learned that I didn’t even know what I was feeling a lot of the time
    • When you are unhappy you are focusing on something that you can’t change, start focusing on something you can change and you can transform your feelings
    • If you feel sad, feel sad, sit with it, explore it, be curious!
  • Commit to curiosity and compassion during this journey!
    • This journey isn’t easy, it takes daily practice but it’s worth it!
